As some of you have heard, we will be undertaking a major resource upgrade over the coming months - rewriting our shared hosting packages to bring you more space and power, for less; adding virtual dedicated servers, drag and drop content management solutions, and so forth. 

As part of our major resource upgrade and transfer, we will be trading under the new business name Cloudshop. 

If you see emails or are redirected to the domain 'cloudshop.io' or 'cloudshop.net.au'; or see the logo below, this is expected and nothing to be alarmed about. 

The only techincal change from a customers position will be the addition of two nameservers: 
ns1.cloudshop.io
ns2.cloudshop.io

The old nameservers will remain working:
ns1.itscloud.com.au
ns2.itscloud.com.au

All logins will remain the same, simply replace 'itscloud.com.au' with 'cloudshop.io' if you have bookmarked our site.
